Shanvi built her first CMS website at 12, hit her first lakh at 16 as a freelance digital marketer, and now runs Growth Factor, a 7-figure luxury marketing agency in Jaipur, alongside a travel company, consultations, and webinars, all before her mid-twenties.
Shanvi: From a CMS Website at 12 to a 7-Figure Luxury Marketing Agency, A Story Built on Early Decisions and a Refusal to Wait
Shanvi built her first CMS website at 12 years old. Not as a school project. Not because someone asked her to. Because she had a thing for tech and design, and she wanted to see if she could do it.
That instinct, to just try, to build, to see what happens, has been the engine behind everything that followed. And what followed, across less than a decade, is genuinely remarkable.
The First Lakh at 16
By 16, Shanvi was already working as a freelance digital marketer. She started working with a Mumbai-based production company for their marketing, delivered work that people noticed, and started receiving referrals because clients liked what she was doing.
By the time she was 16, Shanvi had hit her first lakh.
That milestone was not the end of anything. It was proof that the skills she had been quietly building- creativity, technical ability, an understanding of what brands needed- were real and marketable. It was the confirmation that she did not need to wait until she had a degree or an internship or someone else’s permission to start building something.

Building a Network, Then a Business
By 18, Shanvi had built a strong professional network. People who had worked with her trusted her work, her creativity, and her skill set. She pursued marketing and branding as a full-time career, not as a side hustle or an experiment, but as the direction she was committing to.
She converted her vision and talent into something tangible. She expanded her work, took on bigger clients, and built what is now Growth Factor, a full-fledged luxury marketing agency based in Jaipur, operating in 7 figures, working with international brands, big names, and budding celebrities who want to build a strong and credible online presence.
Growth Factor is not a general digital marketing agency. It operates in the premium space, working with clients who expect a standard of strategy, creativity, and execution that matches the positioning of their own brands. Shanvi built that standard from the referrals she earned at 16 and the reputation she built steadily from that point forward.
Expanding Beyond the Agency
Shanvi did not stop at one business. She expanded her income through multiple channels, consultations, webinars, and in 2026, a travel company.
Beyond the Horizon, her group travel company, was born from her personal passion for travelling. It is doing well, and it represents something important about how Shanvi thinks about building a life: that the things you are genuinely passionate about are often the things worth turning into businesses.
Today, Shanvi runs Growth Factor, offers consultations, hosts webinars, and leads a travel community, all in her early twenties. Each of those income streams grew from the same foundation: her willingness to start before she felt fully ready, her commitment to delivering quality work, and her ability to see opportunity where others see a gap.
The Family Behind Everything
Shanvi is clear that none of this happened in isolation. Her family’s support made the unconventional path feel possible: the decision to freelance at 16, to pursue marketing full-time rather than a traditional route, to build businesses rather than jobs. That support did not build Growth Factor. But it created the environment in which Shanvi could.

The Belief That Drives Her
Shanvi’s philosophy is simple and direct: your right decisions at the right time can shape the way you see and pursue your future. Your life is in your hands; shape it in time.
She built a CMS website at 12 because she was curious. She took on freelance work at 16 because she believed she could deliver. At 18, she pursued marketing full-time because the network and results were already there. She built a luxury agency because she had the credibility, the clients, and the vision to do so. She started a travel company because she loved travelling and saw an opportunity in that love.
Every decision was made at the right moment, with the right intention, and with enough courage to act on it before waiting for certainty.
That is the Shanvi story. And it is still being written.
