In 2014, his efforts succeeded. He cleared IIT JEE Advanced in his first attempt itself. Sanjeev was placed in a Gurugram company after graduation. He didn’t quit his passion for working full-time. He began solving assignments from students in the Middle East, guiding more than 100 students with projects and study assistance. Releasing Acadcity (2019)

Sanjeev released Acadcity in 2019, where students could list their project questions and receive one-on-one guidance prior to deadlines. The concept was simple but strong. It filled the gap between theoretical education and practical use. The business operated smoothly for 1.5 years. But soon Sanjeev saw a universal challenge faced by students lack of quiet study areas, particularly by those who were studying for competitive exams.

Creating Peace Library (2021)

This experience gave rise to Sanjeev to start Peace Library in 2021. Sanjeev built libraries with the help of local institutes and companies. With appropriate market analysis and planning, Peace Library became a destination for dedicated learners. Sanjeev has worked with the top EdTech companies over the years, including Byju’s, Playto Labs, and Infinity Learn. All these experiences made him realize the potential of technology to transform learning particularly among children. Birth of Child Tynker: A Dream to Revolutionize Education (2023–2024)

Sanjeev had a larger dream in 2023 to begin Child Tynker (Reuwati Ventures Private Limited) an initiative that included learning in a fun way. He wanted to introduce school children to robotics, drones, IoT, and AI/ML in a manner they could enjoy.

On April 5, 2024, the first demo class was conducted by him. He had his parents attend it and they were fully impressed, opting for a package of 50 classes on the very next day  even before taking the website to launch stage. That single enrolment was validation of the idea. A Boy Who Turned Struggles into Success watched his parents enroll for 50 classes before the website even launched and knew in that moment that Child Tynker was exactly what the world needed.

The Expansion of Child Tynker (2024–2025)
